To keep up with the increasing demands of our customers, we are growing our administrative team! Our full-time Office Manager position is currently open for dedicated and driven individuals.
Our office is located in Kernersville, North Carolina. All applicants must live in Kernersville or in a nearby area such as Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Oakridge, or Walkertown.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Job costing
- Answering phones and qualifying leads
- Vendor invoice verification
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
Office Manager Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with speed and accuracy
- Self-starter
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with above-average skills in Exel
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to and from our office in Kernersville, NC
- Experience in office management (no degree required)
Pay:
- $50-60k, depending on experience
