We are looking for a full-time Hardscape Installation Supervisor who will be responsible for constructing some of the best landscapes and hardscapes in the Piedmont of North Carolina while leading a 2-3 person crew.
Our office is located in Kernersville, North Carolina. All applicants must live in Kernersville or in a nearby area, such as Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Oakridge, or Walkertown.
Hardscape Installation Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Construct patios, walkways, and retaining walls using proper installation techniques
- Installation of low-voltage lighting systems
- Calculation and anticipation of upcoming material, man hours, and equipment needs to ensure all resources are ready for construction
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to ensure quality and teamwork
- Ensure all work is completed according to design and quality standards
Hardscape Installation Supervisor Applicants Must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in hardscape installation
- Be able to communicate clearly with homeowners and customers
- Have exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Demonstrate knowledge of skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, laser levels, and plan reading
Pay:
- $22-$27 an hour, depending on experience
