Our Equipment Manager & Small Engine Mechanic position is currently open for applications.
Our office is located in Kernersville, North Carolina. All applicants must live in Kernersville or in a nearby area such as Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Oakridge, or Walkertown.
Equipment Manager & Small Engine Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on equipment as well as make minor repairs
- Maintain relationships with our equipment vendors to ensure timely repairs for outsourced items
- Train teams for proper field repairs and diagnostics
- Support crews to ensure they can provide safe quality service to our clients
- Communicate with leadership on best practices and necessary adjustments to best manage our growing fleet
Equipment Manager & Small Engine Mechanic Applicants Must:
- Know how to repair and maintain the different types of equipment that we use
- Be able to clearly communicate with employees
- Have reliable transportation to and from our office in Kernersville, NC
Pay
- Total compensation = $22 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
